We arrive at your event.
Our health standards certified team will arrive at the location of your event with our mobile market cart which has everything we need to prepare and serve Your Paella.
We begin to prepare "Your Paella"
We cook the paella in two large 90cm paella pan's directly in front of your guests using only the freshest ingredients and keeping to food hygiene and safety standards.
We serve your guests
Each paella pan will serve appoximately 50 guests at a time. We serve our paella with a slice of lemon to really bring out the fantastic flavours.
