The third time I’ve used Gary and Your Paella. He always delivers. A real professional. Had him for our 25th business anniversary and he even managed to produce a vegan version of the famous Spanish dish. Get Gary and you won’t go wrong.
Gaz is a lovely guy and the guests loved the food! Really accommodating company and the tent and cart look great in a party or festival layout! Would definitely use them again! thanks
Gary is the consummate professional and quite a friendly character. He kept us informed prior to our Housewarming Party at which he was doing the catering for 50 and also on site with his progress and also meeting our guests. The set up he has is just the best for all sorts of weather and of course and the food very authentic. The food took about 3 hours to be ready and was absolutely delicious and he also catered for our vegetarians as well. Not much left on his huge Paella dish with most guests going in for seconds if they had room. Our place was left spotless after Gary’s departure. The dishes provided were ample for a main meal size. My wife and I would highly recommend Gary and Your Paella for your next event.
What can we say, apart from Gaz is Kind, Diligent, Very Good at what he does, Exceedingly Professional. And above all he makes your day Better Than Perfect. Cheers Gaz ????

I was a little nervous when I first dealt with the company as there were no formal invoices etc and payment was done by bank transfer. However, all of the positive reviews encouraged me.
I’m glad I took the chance as the food was delicious and went down a storm. All of guests said how much they liked it and the servers were really friendly. I didn’t have a single complaint and the food catered for pescetarians, vegetarians, vegans, lactose free, gluten free and those few allergy free meat eaters. Fabulous.

Your Paella provided the catering for a celebration we had in November. Organisation and decisions beforehand went very smoothly with Gary’s advice. On the evening the arrangements were excellent, the food brilliant and all our guests commented on how tasty the paellas were. Your Paella also supplied the individual desserts which were beautifully presented and of a very high quality. All this made the evening different for our guests, as they saw the paellas cooking as they arrived, the service was smooth creating a memorable event. So thank you to Your Paella.

We booked Gary and his team for our 15th wedding anniversary salsa party. Gary was quick to respond every time I contacted him and his team on the day were amazing. We had 130 portions of the chicken and chorizo paella and our guests were going back for seconds. We received so many compliments and the Spanish style canapés went down a treat. Your Paella price was very good compared to similar companies and we even chose them over a local company. We are so glad we did because we cannot fault the service or the food, it made our party an evening to remember that people will talk about for ages. Thank you Your Paella and we wish you every success in your future business.

Your Paella made a real wow factor at my 50th party. Gazebo worked out well in the garden, paella was really lovely (mixed and veggie), chef was friendly, set up and clean up hassle free. I have had so many emails, texts and notes from friends saying how lovely the paella was.

Your paella provided a delicious range of paella for our wedding last month. Guests were going up for seconds, it was thoroughly enjoyed – including by paella afficionadoes who used to live in Spain. The set-up was fantastic, the chefs were friendly – we could not have had a better wedding breakfast!

We hired the Your Paella team for our wedding reception and have absolutely no complaints at all! We had just under 100 guests and chose to have two 50 portion pans of the meat variety and 10 separate vegetarian portions. We provided our own salad and bread and there was definitely plenty of food, lots of our guests had second helpings to finish it all off! Everyone complimented the food and said that it was the perfect choice for a summer wedding to fill everyone up without being too heavy. The Your Paella team were really helpful in communicating in advance and were really professionally on the day, they arrived early to set up and packed up/ cleared up very quickly and quietly. I would absolutely recommend them as it was lovely food and worked out really good value for money!! Perfect thank you 🙂

“Your Paella” to cater for my husband’s 40th Birthday Fiesta in our back garden. From the very first contact, to discreetly leaving the party, Gary and his team provided an incredibly professional and impressive service. They arrived on time, and set up, cooked, and served the food seamlessly. It created a lovely atmosphere for the party and everyone is RAVING about the Paella… it was delicious! I would highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.

Outstanding!! We have used Gary more than once now and have received so many positive comments back from visitors to our stand. Food excellent and very innovative. Gary engages with all the visitors and is 100% reliable. Flexible to the point he will even cook breakfast for our visitors that come to the stand in the morning. Cannot recommend enough for any catering event be it weddings parties or business – keep up the good work and see you next time

Gary made paella for our party and it was lovely. All our guests enjoyed it, there was plenty to go around. The dish contained vibrant coloured, fresh food. Added bonus the food was gluten free which was really appreciated by our ceoliac friends.

our wedding this weekend – the food was absolutely delicious, and went down very well. Everyone commented on how good it was, and how it made a nice change from the formal wedding breakfast which we wanted to avoid.
The weather was quite challenging (as to be expected in The Lake District!) but you were brilliant and everything went smoothly with our bridal party waitressing.

Your paella catered for our wedding of over 80 guests. We couldn’t have asked for a better and more efficient service- it was one less worry before our big day! The food was delicious and catered for those who were vegetarian/gluten intolerant. It was also nice for our guests to see the food being cooked outside and added to the laid back atmosphere of the day. Thank you!!

We hired Your Paella for our Spanish themed private garden party. We spend a lot of time in Spain and love authentic Spanish food. We hoped Your Paella catering would be as good and it didn’t disappoint! The cart looked amazing, Gary and Dean were great characters, and their food was plentiful and seriously tasty! We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them or hire them again and wish them continued success. They deserve it! We had chorizo, patatas bravas, prawns, veg and mixed Paella. All served with fresh bread rolls and lemon wedges. We loved it all. The patatas had a decent spicy kick, and even the veg paella was full of flavour. Huge thank you, Your Paella team!
